In September 2023, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) awarded the Global Accountability Program (GAP) to Millennium Partners LLC (Millennium).
Announced as part of the Presidential Initiative for Democratic Renewal, GAP is a five-year anti-corruption program funded by USAID to enhance partner country systems and capacity to prevent, detect, investigate, and disrupt transnational corruption, grand corruption, and kleptocracy — including as it manifests across regions and high-risk sectors — and to build resilience to corruption. OUR TEAM
GAP is led by a team of experienced international and national anti-corruption experts with in-depth knowledge of preventing, detecting, investigating, and disrupting transnational corruption. The team is augmented by a wide range of national and international experts who provide specialized support. The team launched the Global Accountability Program at the Atlanta United Nations Conference of State Parties in December 2023. The dynamic launch event convened USAID representatives, consortium partners, and civil society organizations (CSOs) from around the world to participate in engaging discussions on country-level UNCAC implementation and the crucial roles of CSOs in driving anti-corruption reforms.
