Millennium Partners together with its partner DPI conducted a Rule of Law Assessment and two project evaluations for USAID’s Democracy and Governance Program in Bangladesh.
Rule of Law Assessment: Millennium Partners/DPI analyzed the primary challenges and opportunities for advancing the rule of law in Bangladesh; recommended strategic approaches for USAID programming to respond to those challenges and opportunities; and outlined programmatic options that could link rule of law issues to other U.S. Government objectives in Bangladesh.
