GOVERNMENT AND DONOR PARTNERS

We provide technical assistance to the US government, the World Bank and the European Union to promote democracy, human rights, and economic growth throughout the world.

USAID is an independent U.S. agency that extends assistance throughout the world. Millennium Partners team members have been providing services to USAID since the 1990’s with projects in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South America, Africa and South Asia.

MCC or the Millennium Challenge Corporation is a US government  organization created in 2004, and provides large scale grants to fund country led solutions for reducing poverty through sustainable growth; MCC grants complement other US and international development programs. Millennium Partners has undertaken two large Threshold  Programs in Moldova and Niger, and several evaluations and data quality reviews in Africa and South Asia.

U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor (DRL). DRL is divided into three regional offices: Near East Asia and South Central Asia (NESCA); Asia and Western Hemisphere (AWH) ; and Africa and Europe (AE). Each regional office provides leadership, advocacy and guidance on human rights and democracy issues, and formulates human rights and democracy policy related to their specific country and regional expertise. Millennium is currently implementing a two-year grant to enhance access to justice in Moldova.

World Bank is a multilateral organization that  provides financial and technical assistance to developing countries around the world. Millennium partner C&S has undertaken many World Bank projects throughout the world, in particular, in the Middle East.

European Union promotes sustainable development, good governance, democracy and human rights through its extensive program for development assistance.  Millennium partner C&S has undertaken many projects for the EU throughout Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
