Millennium Partners, under a four year $4 million subcontract to Louis Berger, took the lead in developing accounting and audit reform as well as economic analysis of the state owned enterprise sector and employment under this USAID program. This large sale project covered a broad range of private sector development activities from accounting and audit reform to WTO accession and more.
